Received the Wrong Item
If we’ve sent you something you didn’t order, we want to get the correct item to you as fast as possible.
To get started:
2) Choose "Order Related" under “Reason to contact PZ”
3) Please upload an image of the items you received. This helps expedite a refund or replacement.
4) In the comments section provide as much detail about the items you received and let us know your desired resolution. ie. Refund or Replacement.
5) We will provide return instructions.
We will also send this info to the warehouse so you don’t receive the wrong item again! Be sure to complete this process within 30 days of the delivery date.
